Shooting on Phoenix Road

A message from the Council regarding this awful event:

Dear Camden Community and Business Partners,

We are shocked and saddened about the shooting incident that took place on Saturday, 14th January, in Phoenix Road, NW1, in the vicinity of St Aloysius Church. Our thoughts are with the victims and others who have been affected by it.

Please see below for details of a public community engagement event the police will hold tomorrow, Thursday 19th January:

Superintendent Jack Rowlands is hosting a Virtual Meeting regarding Saturday’s incident on Phoenix Road to listen to your concerns. 

This will take place between 3-4pm on Thursday, 19 January 2023

Camden Council will also host community events next week, and we will share details of these once available.

HS2 – Adelaide Road Update

HS2 are having a virtual update session regarding the works at Adelaide Road, where HS2 are digging a new ventilation shaft for the new train tunnels.

Timeslots are available on Wednesday 19 October between 3 pm and 6 pm.
